With reference to Sovyal policy, and out of concern of our customers safety; return or exchange of accessories products is not allowed, even if they are in their original condition.
Exception! products that arrive to you damaged.
You can also return the products, if they have not been used or opened, and they are still in their original condition as received from Sovyal.
Q: Is there a fee for return?
A: When returning an intact, undamaged product, i.e. in its original condition, the customer should pay a fee value: 19 Riyals, to be deducted from the value of the returned product
In case you received a damaged product, then Sovyal will bear all fees.
Q: How can I exchange / return a damaged product?
A: Our colleagues in customer service will be glad and ready to serve you, by sending a letter request, or through the customer service available in our application “Sovyal”, or through the
number 88179010887179 , As long as the exchanged / returned product is in its original condition and in its original packaging, also has not been used, opened, or the product’s packaging features changed.
Q: How long is the permissible period for exchange or return of damaged product?
A: Exchange / return of damaged product, should be within 7 days of purchase.
Q: How long does the exchange\ return process take for a damaged product?
A: At Sovyal, we work hard to satisfy you. The replacement \return process may take 10 working days.
Q: In the return process, how do you get a refund for the amount you paid?
A: The amount will be refunded after the damaged product arrives to us, and confirms its condition, then, we will transfer the amount to your account immediately.
Q: In the replacement process, what are the steps involved?
A: In case you want to replace the damaged product, and choose another product, you have to transfer the amount difference between the damaged product and the replacement product.
